Missing Child Alert issued for Jacksonville 11-year-old boy; biological parents sought

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office are searching for Keavon Washington, 11, who was last seen in the area of 1600 45th Street West around 11 p.m. Saturday, May 9.

Keavon, who is also known as Keavon Cue, is described as being 4′10″, 135 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a yellow t-shirt, multi-colored shorts and all-white tennis shoes, JSO said.

JSO said the investigation has revealed that Keavon ran away from home early Sunday and was possibly picked up by a known individual or family member. None of Keavon’s biological family members have legal custody or guardianship of him, JSO said.

Police are seeking Keavon’s biological mother, Keyera Cue, 35, and father, Franklyn Daley, 31, who are residents of Alachua County. They are considered potential persons of interest in an interference with custody investigation involving Keavon. We believe that they may have information that will lead to the whereabouts of Keavon.

According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, he may be in the Jacksonville or Gainesville areas.
