Chase Bunker is in for Kristine Bellino. FOX News's Jeff Monosso reports that Utah judge Tony Graf ruled that there was sufficient evidence for a trial for alleged Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson, and that charges justify having the death penalty eligibility. Robinson enetered a not guilty plea for all seven charges applied. Another court decision regarding the case determined that media cameras will be allowed in the courtroom during the trial; no trial date has been set yet.
Jax City Council President Nick Howland discusses forming a special committee to review and recommend improved security measures for retention ponds, after a number of children's drowning deaths this year. Councilman Reggie Gaffney Jr. will chair the committee. They will explore measures in place in various cities, counties, and states, to determine best practices -- then potentially advance that into legislation.
