FERNANDINA BEACH, Fla. — Fernandina Beach beach accesses #5 and #6 were damaged by fire this past week.

According to a social media post, fireworks were improperly disposed of in trash enclosures.
That caused $5,000 worth of damage.

Officials are warning that someone could have been injured because of this.
It was a neighbor that called for help, and Fernandina Beach Fire Department put out the fire.
