JSO is searching for a missing and endangered adult named Russell Owen Dill.

Russell had been diagnosed with Dementia.
JSO had been searching for Russell since around 1:00 p.m. after he left his residence on foot. His last known location was near the 1400 block of Donald Street in the Riverside/Avondale area.
Any person who has any information or has happened to have seen Russell is asked to call JSO at 904-630-0500.
