Man arrested for double shooting over drug dispute

Jacksonville, FL — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says a man has been arrested for a double shooting that killed 37-year-old Jennifer Embree and hurt another man.

Embree, the surviving victim, and 30-year-old Justin Williamson were in a home on Pine Estates Road East late February 8th, when JSO says Williamson and the victim started arguing about narcotics. Williamson allegedly left the home and came back with a gun, which he used to shoot Embree once and the other victim multiple times.

JSO says the victim and other witnesses helped give them the information that led to the arrest.

Williamson was found off Pecan Park Road last night and was taken in to custody for murder and attempted murder.
