JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The annual four-day Jacksonville Jazz Festival is returning again for Memorial Day Weekend, beginning May 22nd.
For more than 40 years, the festival has attracted musicians and fans to Downtown Jacksonville.

General admission to the event in Metropolitan Park is free, but there are paid VIP Experience and Preferred Seating packages now on sale.
For a fee, festival-goers can get up-front seating, prime parking, complimentary food, merchandise and access to VIP-only bars.
VIPs can also escape the heat in exclusive air-conditioned lounges and restrooms.
Single-day and full festival VIP bundles are available for purchase.

The event kicks off on Thursday, May 22nd with the Jacksonville Jazz Piano Competition at the Florida Theatre. Five finalists, chosen through a blind judging process in March, will compete for first place.
Jazz pianists are invited to apply for a spot on stage through February 23rd.
